Welcome to the Integrated Products Manufacturing KTN Collaboration Area
You do not require membership of the Integrated Products KTN to browse much of this website, apply for grants we allocate, take part in many of the events we organise or seek our advice. But if you are interested in any of these things, membership will not only make your life easier but bring other advantages too. And it is free of charge. All you need do is fill in the online registration form.
As a newly registered Integrated Products Manufacturing KTN member, you get:
- immediate access to our Technology Watch reviews;
- access to facilities for creating and participating in online meetings;
- access to facilities for creating and participating in online collaboration spaces;
- the opportunity to subscribe to a selection of IPMKTN e-alerts;
- the option of posting a profile and searching other members' profiles;
- access to more than 20 other Knowledge Transfer Networks.

Logging in to and logging out of the Integrated Products Manufacturing KTN website
To get access to some of the facilities we provide for our members only – online meetings and collaboration spaces, for example – you will need to log in to the central Knowledge Transfer Network portal, which is separate from the Integrated Products Manufacturing KTN's main webserver. If you have already logged in on our main webserver, you will still need to log in to the portal for these facilities. Your log-in email address and password are the same on both servers. If you have any problems logging in to either, contact our team.
Note that logging out of the central KTN portal does not log you out of our main webserver. Likewise, logging out of our main webserver does not log you out of the central KTN portal.
Editing your Integrated Products Manufacturing KTN member account
To change any of your registration details, you should edit your account on our main webserver by clicking 'Edit details' in the 'My account' box that appears on this and all of the other pages on our main webserver while you are logged in.
If you log in to the central KTN portal (e.g. for an online meeting), you may notice a grey button labelled 'My Account' near the top right of most central KTN portal pages. Although clicking this button does lead to an account editing page containing some of your membership details, the account it controls is a secondary one. Editing this account has no useful purpose for Integrated Products Manufacturing KTN members. Any changes you make here will not be reflected in your proper account. You should not change your password here in particular, as it will leave your Integrated Products Manufacturing KTN website password unchanged.
Technical reasons beyond our control prevent us from removing the redundant 'My Account' button.
